4 October, OceanWorking participated in Being ***an event organised by Being Agilewhere we had the opportunity to talk about our reality and discuss central issues related to the world of work.

In an afternoon of reflection and inspiration, we dialogued with people ready to question the current work situation and reflect on how, each in his or her own small way, we can contribute to improving it.

Under the leadership of Carlo LoiudiceThe day saw enriching speeches from numerous professionals. Each of them offered a unique perspective, recounting their experiences and reflections on crucial issues for the future of work and the people behind it. Among them, Luca Mascaro explored the theme of "Being Entrepreneursemphasising a fundamental aspect of doing business:

"One of the three basic premises for doing business is to want to build something with people who believe in that thing and actively participate in creating it." - Luca Mascaro

Other notable interventions were those of Giacomo Grassi at "Being Innovators, Carmen Carulli at "Being Free, Marco Tagliavacche at 'Being Designers', Osvaldo Danzi at "Being Human, e Anna Lombardiwhich closed with the concept of 'Being“.

It was an inspiring day, where OceanWorking shared with the participants its vision on the importance of putting people at the centre of every project and on the vision of a different working context, where the wellbeing of the individual turns into the wellbeing of the company and vice versa. Experiences, vulnerability and human contribution are in fact the true drivers that give life to any business and innovation.
