Once upon a time, there was a computer programmer and an organisation expert, each with their own story, their own skills, and that subtle but powerful desire to give new meaning to work and life. The call was clear: to step outside the confines of the office, to break with old habits, to seek a different way of being, working, living.

We made a brave choice: moving to Gran Canaria to experience a new lifestyle. Workation has become our compass, guiding us to unexplored lands where work and well-being can coexist.

Along the way, we faced challenges and the consequences of wrong choices. We have been afraid. But we have also found allies: other professionals, teams and companies ready to get involved. We discovered that contextual change has the power to release new energies, and that authentic connections are the real currency of the future.

Our 'elixir' is this project: OceanWorking®. A place - physical and conceptual - where everyone can bring themselves, enhance their uniqueness, and have innovative and deeply human experiences.
