title=\"Being ****\" href=\"https:\/\/www.essereagile.com\/evento\/essere-4-ottobre\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\"><strong>Being ***<\/strong><\/a>an event organised by <a title=\"Being Agile\" href=\"https:\/\/www.essereagile.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\"><strong>Being Agile<\/strong><\/a>where we had the opportunity to talk about our reality and discuss central issues related to the world of work.<\/h4>\n<p>In an afternoon of reflection and inspiration, we dialogued with people ready to question the current work situation and reflect on how, each in his or her own small way, we can contribute to improving it.<\/p>\n<p>Under the leadership of <strong>Carlo Loiudice<\/strong>The day saw enriching speeches from numerous professionals. Each of them offered a unique perspective, recounting their experiences and reflections on crucial issues for the future of work and the people behind it. Among them, <strong>Luca Mascaro<\/strong> explored the theme of <strong>\"Being Entrepreneurs<\/strong>emphasising a fundamental aspect of doing business:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<h5><em>\"One of the three basic premises for doing business is to want to build something with people who believe in that thing and actively participate in creating it.\"<\/em> - Luca Mascaro<\/h5>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Other notable interventions were those of <strong>Giacomo Grassi<\/strong> at <strong>\"Being Innovators<\/strong>, <strong>Carmen Carulli<\/strong> at <strong>\"Being Free<\/strong>, <strong>Marco Tagliavacche<\/strong> at <strong>'Being Designers'<\/strong>, <strong>Osvaldo Danzi<\/strong> at <strong>\"Being Human<\/strong>, e <strong>Anna Lombardi<\/strong>which closed with the concept of 'Being<strong>\u201c<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>It was an inspiring day, where OceanWorking shared with the participants its vision on the importance of putting people at the centre of every project and on the vision of a different working context, where the wellbeing of the individual turns into the wellbeing of the company and vice versa.
